In the U.S., you (generally speaking) can’t get a DUI while on horseback. Riding in a horse-drawn carriage, however, is a different story. In many states, you *can,* in fact, get a DUI if you’re being pulled around by a horse.

This also appears to be the case in Poland, but the 69-year-old in the video below doesn’t seem to give a shit. The video shows him being drunkenly pulled through a parking lot — and when the police actually caught up with him, he had a BAC of 1.3 percent, which is a level that could be considered lethal.

The wildest part? This isn’t the first time it’s happened to this dude, and he’s actually banned from driving locally due to incidents like these. He’s currently being sent to court, but I don’t know how you stop someone like this. Can you revoke his horse license? I guess we’re going to find out.
