Each sport attracts a different kind of fan. For example, while your average Joe might enjoy throwing on a football game over the weekends, it takes a deeply unhinged person to find joy in doing the same thing with golf. Different strokes!

The problem is that a lot of fans, regardless of the sport, are losers. This is especially the case in basketball, where people celebrate major wins like they just found out their gas station is having a 2-for-1 on Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Contrast that with the NHL, and the lameness of the NBA becomes pretty clear.

The NBA in general confuses me.

Both close out games were pretty big blowouts.

The Panthers acted like this was the first time they’ve won a hockey game in their lives. The Thunder make it seem like they have 4 more games to play.
