At the Commander's Game, Trump Introduced Himself as ‘State Your Name’
He’s hanging on by a thread.

Yesterday, while speaking to the crowd at the Commanders–Lions game, the Commander-in-Chief had his latest gaffe. Reading from a booklet and trying his best to get through the oath of office (why, no one knows), Trump mistakenly introduced himself not as President Donald J. Trump, but as “state your name.”
Clips of the moment went viral as people were celebrating the booing; however, his inability to follow simple written directions was the real story of the day. Trump began reading from a booklet, saying, “I, and state your name, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States, against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
It’s unclear why Trump felt the need to read the oath of office; however, he clearly noticed his mistake as he took a long pause after reading “and state your name” instead of, well, stating his name.
It now makes sense why the White House has golden signs outside the Oval Office that read “Oval Office.”
He has no idea where he is!
Trump got booed so hard at the Commanders game he literally said, “I, state your name…” during the pledge.
