A state prosecutor named Devon Hogan Flanagan was recently arrested for trespassing after she refused to leave a restaurant. Unfortunately for her, a bodycam was rolling the whole time — though she *did* try to prevent that from happening by asking over and over again that they turn it off.

“Protocol is that you turn it off if a citizen requests to turn it off,” she slurs in the video.

Fortunately for us, the cops didn’t turn off the bodycam, and so, we’re treated to her stumbling around while saying things like “I’m an AG” and “Buddy, you’re gonna regret this. You’re gonna regret it” as she’s getting arrested.

Remember: Only a select few people can talk their way out of a ticket, and chances are, you’re not one of them.
