Utah Highway Patrol dashcam video shows a July 9, 2012 traffic stop involving R. Todd May, a 48 year old Ogden man. After swallowing a dose of prescription methamphetamine, May is taken to the ground by law enforcement. During the altercation, he is punched least 8 times and was stunned by a taser at least twice. He is now suing the 4 troopers.
