They’re not exactly known for their good behavior.

Dog shows are pretty bizarre affairs. The animals aren’t only judged for how well they’re trained, but how perfect of a specimen of that specific breed they are — kind of a bizarre practice, given that specific dog breeds are really just some shit we made up.

Still, they exist, though they’re not alone. There are also cat shows, where cats are judged based on their appearance — though, unlike the dogs, they don’t exactly like being looked over by the judges, and they’re more than happy to rebel against them.
