This is why your friend said, “Don’t let go”!

You ever go somewhere and immediately think, “This isn’t safe.” In general, it’s a good idea to trust that instinct; otherwise, you could end up in a situation like the one below.

The woman in question is named Louisa, whom the New Zealand Herald has questionably dubbed an “obstacle course athlete.” I say this because, as part of an obstacle course, she had to hold onto a rope and not let go, but as this video shows, she let go, causing her to fall down the face of a cliff.

Thankfully, she’s okay, having suffered only a few snapped ribs and a fractured wrist. Lesson learned: If your friend says “don’t let go,” well, don’t let go!
