If you steal something successfully, you’re kind of in a pickle. Sure, you can just use the thing like you didn’t steal it, but if you try to return it, there’s always a chance that the person you stole it from will still want to press charges.

This woman stole a bollard, then realized that she really didn’t have use for a bollard (I mean, who does?). So, she brought it back — delivering it alongside a single-fingered message.
