Late-night talk show host and fake-laugher Jimmy Fallon finally received his Bluesky invite (whoever invited him, you're on the bad list) and his first post on the Twitter clone was a picture of him holding his Switch running The Legend of Zelda: Tear of the Kingdom with the caption, "Day one. Jumping in."

And what a day one it was. Jimmy, who was called out a few weeks ago by a production employee from his show for not "paying his writers" during the ongoing writers' strike was bombarded with comments from people telling him to "pay his your writers."

The post received a dismal 517 likes and over 700 comments all more or less telling him that he either "sucks" or needs to get off his Switch and help his writers reach a fair contract that is worth their value.

After the pile-on, Jimmy responded to his skeet (that's what they call tweets on Bluesky) with a vague, "hey."

I was able to verify the skeet as I was invited to Bluesky last month (humble brag) but his post has since received so many comments that the app breaks when you try and load them up.

Let this be a warning to anyone who thinks Bluesky is a safe space from the bloodthirsty hoards of the internet, 'skymates' (what a terrible term) are ride or die for each other. As Christopher Lauer so aptly put it, "Hey, How's it going?"
