Canadian Independence Day

As we all know, a lot of Canadian people get butt hurt when somebody points out they don't celebrate the Independence Day like the Americans do. The reason is simple. Canadia is not an independent country.

After years of mockery, somebody came up with a great idea on how to kick the American ass by introducing the greatest Canadian holiday ever! The Canada Day is celebrated on July 1st, only because it's before July 4th (when Americans celebrate Independence Day).

It celebrates the act of merging colonies together under the British rule. But hey, they're not dependent on other countries, so that's a great success. Kinda. Well not exactly. Let's just leave that.

The activities include:

barbecue

hockey

fireworks

barbecue

free musical concerts by artists like Celine Dion and Nickelback

So if you've though Canadia doesn't have a grandeur Independence Day, you were wrong. Stop ripping on them
