The Patriot Act: Gives the Government the right to spy on everyone. No more warrants all based on calling somone a terrorist or an extremist. Remember that asshole George Bush? Yeah the one everyone bitched about. Yeah it was under his regime that the Patriot Act was created. OBAMA swore to uphold the constitution and promised to end the Patriot Act because he knew it was unconstitutional. Obama sure knows how to sell lies.
