Most of you have already heard the story of the three year old deaf boy who the school board has told he must change his name, because his signing looks like he is shooting a gun.  Zero tolerance gone mad.

But what happens to other deaf people in our society who's signing might be construed as dangerous weapons or sexually explicit material. Should we bind their hands?
