Facebook made me hate my friends

So I'm writing this instead of my Psychology paper because.....well because it's 2:25 AM and I'm just killing time before the witching. That's a fair intro...
Just something I've been wanting to try and articulate; and since I don't give a shit what you guys think (that's a filthy lie, I crave approval everywhere) I'm putting it here. So Facebook made me hate my friends. Being a bad judge of character, I would have never guessed the narcissists; the girls who make duck faces; the guys who make duck faces; the ones who hide their complexion with heavy flash; the ones who post "inspirational" cliches to the point where I couldn't take it anymore and had to say something.
Maybe it's a blessing, maybe it's a curse. I don't know. But it has given me a good insight on the people that I thought I liked and understood. Of course there are those friends who maintain their sardonic charm over the electronic transmittal. I really appreciate those characters--I'd like to think I was one of them, but I'm probably down there with the narcissists.
I wouldn't delete by any means, though. After graduating, it's the only way to keep in touch with my friends who were sort of my friends, but not really my friends, and that's why they make perfect Facebook friends. I've grown to love some of them.
This is pointless, I know; haven't posted in forever, though. Trying out different things. Asserting myself more. Settling down in college. And now I'm chewing the rag--for you. Well, it's been fun.
