When I was younger I hung out with guys and we used to live to fight and I mean every Friday we would have fights with other towns. When I was in my 20's and 30's I did a lot of fighting then also. No brag but I was known as a bad-ass and my brothers were tougher and meaner than I was. I tell you this because I dont do this anymore unless somebody just absolutely pushes my buttons. What I do now is cook and I am pretty good at it because I love the exactness of baking and my wife loves the fact she doesnt have to cook. OK so the point of this is I baked a couple pumpkin and apple pies for some people last year and now I have orders for 22 pies. I wonder how far I could take this sometimes but I worry that if it was a job I might not enjoy doing it. Just so you know I will make 100.00 this year.
