Is President Obama Lucy?

I imagine you've all seen Charlie Brown where Lucy pulls the ball back just before Charlie Brown kicks it, making poor Charlie Brown fall on his posterior. He did it again and again. Well, evidently, today President Obama made a speech saying that he wasn't going to renew tax cuts for the rich and wasn't going to allow Medicare and Social Security to become voucher programs... again?

Is he going to snatch away the ball from the Americans depending on the programs like Lucy did to Charlie Brown? Someone needs to go Roadhouse on his ass if he does the same crap again.
