I'm probably asking the wrong aduience but I'm curious as to if this is cruel of me. My wife and I each hold one of our cats and we hold them up so they're a couple inches apart and inevitably they start pawing each other in the face like they're boxing. they don't claw each other and they don't draw any blood or cause any injury, and thier enthusiasm varies. If we put them down they usually keep fighting this way and trying to roll each other, but again there's no blood and no injury. I've seen cats try to kill each other and this is not that. I'm fairly certain they're playing. they'll often growl a bit when they're doing this but there's no real agression as far as I can tell. Soemtimes I take one and put it on top of the other one to induce them to start fighting. I think it's very amusing. Seriously, am I abusing them?
