Little Creatures I Have Digested

I was just sitting here and feeling really damned hungry...imagining what I should do for dinner when I decided I have eated a whole lot of animals. Don't get me wrong, I love my veggies but charred animal flesh is just so damned tasty. What's on "The List" of creatures I've eaten? Well...

The Big Three:
Beef, Chicken, Pork.

Veal, Highland Cow, Boar, Capon

Still Average:
Turkey, Cornish Hen

Seafood:
Tuna, Flounder, Haddock, Cod, Red Snapper, Dolphin Fish, Swordfish, Shark, Lobster (Atlantic, Pacific, and African), Blue Claw, King Crab, Dungeness Crab, Stone Crab, Sardine, Herring, Caviar (Sturgeon, Salmon, and Flying Fish), Freshwater Eel, Sea Urchin, Pollock, Tilapia, Catfish, Salmon, Trout, Bass, Patagonian Toothfish, Potato Bass, Whitefish, Bivalves (Oyster, Mussel, Scallop, Littleneck, Cherrystone), Octopus, Conch, Squid, Snapper Turtle

Off the beaten path:
Venison, Bison, Lamb, Rabbit, Duck, Goose, Quail, Pheasant

Unusual Fare:
Ostrich, Aligator, Lion, Antelope, Grouse, Rattlesnake

I'll admit I didn't enjoy all of those, but at least I tried some of them once. Anyone have any thoughts or something they have tried that's not on the list?
