Has there been a discussion on what this means?  I can see that the site is trying to keep track of ebones spent and saved by breaking it up into yearly increments.  However, does this mean that we lose ebones if not used or spent by the end of the year?  Can a mod answer this question for those of us whom are a bit confused?  Thanks!
