There is a lot of Talk of Politicians being flip-flopers. Which is completely true.  however I do believe there are times when a guy can go oh shit, what I believed in is wrong, and then go and change his mind in supporting something. I believe a changed mind is when a politician switches his position before it becomes the popular position, or clearly states he has had a relization and admits he was wrong, but has the intelligence to change his position upon further study. However, if you are on record saying something one day and the next completely gone the otherway and say you've Always been for the side you are on now, that is a flip-flop.
