so i've been thinking about writing a song.  i have an idea and some lines in mind.  basically it's a fictional story about a little girl saving my life.  the problem is i can't come up with a plausible way for the girl to be directly responsible for saving my life. 

i keep thinking that i'm on a road trip, stop along the way, and this girl delays my trip which saves my life, but that just makes it easy to question whether the girl is actually the reason that i avoided tragedy.  i need a better idea where the girl directly saves me, but i don't want it to be something like her pulling me out of a fire because she wouldn't have the strength to do that.

can anybody help me figure something out?  i have no plans of being a famous musician and making money off of the song.  i'm not in a band or anything.  i just want to make something for my own entertainment.
