Have you ever had to poop really bad while you were driving home

There have been a few times that I was driving home from eating out and sharted before I could make it to the bathroom.  Do you think this sounds like irritable bowl syndrome?  I really need some help on this one guys.  I don't feel like going to the doctor, but I don't feel like pooping myself either.
