So... today I'm just browsing around on my phone at lunch, so I decide to check my horoscope. Which read: Sagittarius- What happened to that famous 'can do' attitude of yours? Today you can try to get it back by asking friends to give you a few words of encouragement. And they're going to love being the person that you can rely on right now, especially after all you have done for them. Your capabilities have never dimmed, but it....yada yada yada...blah blah blah So I thought it was rather...typical of a horoscope, but I decide to take it literally. I literally texted a few friends: "Give me a few words of encouragement." But that seemed rather formal and rude and demanding, so I also said, "Please." So now it's "Give me a few words of encouragement. Please..." I sent it to twelve people. So, I decided it was time to go back to work, so I set my phone down. Then, to my surprise, I hear my phone ringing, but I missed my call. I look at my phone, and I have 16 unread txts, 2 missed calls and a voicemail, not 5 minutes later... Everybody replied minus one (who's phone I guess is missing) I was so confused....until it hit me. ...No my friends, it was not a suicide plea for help. I just didn't even think about how that sounded when I sent it out. The "please" I think made it worse. But I swear, this made my day!!! I DID get many compliments, and I'm very flattered. I'm glad I DO have friends that care that much, I love you all. My favorite reply:------"Faith, hope, vengeance!" ....yes vengeance... why is this awesome you ask? Because I'm a BIG fan of vengeance. It really is sweet. If I really was suicidal, I think this would have been the only text that would have stopped me. Vengeance, instead of quitting. I just...really liked it. Close second:---"Um, if I were a chick, I'd want to have ur babies."
