I need some help.

While sitting home this morning watching the re runs from the olympiics the curling event came on. Can someone please explain this to me? I watched for quite a while and I think I have parts of it figured out.

Now correct me if I'm wrong but is this just hand shuffle board with brooms? And who the fuck invented this sport?

My apologies to any curling enthusiasts out there but really? Come on!
