A man who had been named Officer of the Year TWICE, was forced to relocate from the east coast to the west coast because of death threats against his wife and children. He has served time in prison after being charged with discreditable conduct and two counts of breach of confidence for going over the heads of his superiors who told him to keep quiet. He spent time in jail because HE BLEW THE WHISTLE ON A RING OF CHILD RAPISTS!
