ok want some people's opinions on this,  those that know some what about the law at least. If a hacker is using a modded console to make money on an online game, shouldn't that be conisdered illegal? So far microsoft is just banning these people that host those 10th prestige lobbies  but with their jtaged xboxs they get around that ban and get back online to make alot of money from lil kids wanting to boost up.  Just wanted a real legal opinion as i cant seem to kind any online really.
