How long does it take?

How long does it take to recieve your prizes you've claimed now?  I claimed a gift card a couple months back and haven't got it yet, and I've emailed people from ebaums and they've told me I should recieve it shortly, and that was 3 weeks ago.  Now I'm not saying I wont get it, because I believe I will recieve it, just curious is all.
