I would like to begin with the question "What the hell  happened?" 
Today, the kids have no respect for anyone 
There is no standard for conduct or ethics
We are taught that - we are all great, and do your best, and this is all that you need
   What a crock...          I am from the old school, you know. 
 Intentions don't amount to squat in this world.
The truth is that there are winners, and there are losers.
we won't all grow up and make $100,000,000  giving "our best"
You boss doesn't give a flying shit about your effort, only your results.
-Sean Connery said it best when he said " Losers are always crying about their best, while the winners go home and F$%CK the prom queen."
    He is right, we should all take notes.
Competition is healthy,
You will be graded.
Chances are you will not be a millioniare, so don't hold out for your big break. You will end up a cocktail waitress in hollywood.
Yet, above all else, treat others better than yourself.
Love all and serve all.
Simple, yet lost.
