The New Yahoo Mail
Several months ago I accidentally got switched to it on an alternate account I only use from the library. It was crap back then, and they haven't fixed anything. They are, however, forcing everyone to make the switch. In addition to the crappy brokenness and their willful ignorance of users' attempts to point out the flaws, there was a teeny-tiny clause on the "screw you, we're changing" screen which discloses that they intend to monitor our activities "to provide more relevant ads."
*inglip face* They want to know what I'm doing.
Long story short, I'm looking for a new email provider with a privacy policy closer to my own, and that actually takes the time to make sure their stuff works before cramming it down the users' throats. Maybe if enough people leave, Yahoo will get its act together, but I doubt it.
