As some of you might have noticed I haven't  blogged much in the last couple of days. This is because I was really put off by the total disrespect that certain individuals have displayed towards military personal. I understand and champion the  need for free speech, but these so called speakers treat this idea as though it is like sheets of free running toilet paper. Free speech was never meant to convey the thoughts of mental midgets but to encourage intellectual discourse to advance the position of the common man. 

 To say you have the right to shit on any soldier who takes up arms to fight for a greater cause, even if you disagree with that cause or his efforts are ill placed, shows you have little understanding of the human spirit and lack any  consciousness as to how this world operates. Brave men under any circumstance or ideological goal is what advances those things that less sacrificing people cannot. It is the responsibility of those who would claim free speech is their right to use that ability not to denigrate or insult people but to steer  them on a righteous path.  If you cannot do this than your words are not  "Free speech" ,  it is "Bullshit". 


If you want to spread bullshit, keep it on the farm, your local bar, the odd fishing trip and even here on eBaum's, but never ever use brave men and women who  put their lives in harms way  as a reason to express your ignorant, small thinking rants because you think you have some grasp upon world events that supersede the common man.
