The situation itself is known as «Gynecomastia », but itâs commonly referred to as Man Boobs, because thatâs what it looks like. It seems that it is just an excessive weight gain, but in reality there are some factors that cause this abnormal situation. Mainly it is caused by weight gain which generates an imbalance between two hormones in our body called «Testosterone » and « Estrogen ».

Testosterone and EstrogenTestosterone is a male hormone that gives men a male looking characteristic. Whereas Estrogen is a female hormone that forms the characteristics of women. We as Men have both hormones in our body, and obviously have to keep our Testosterone levels naturally high and Estrogen levels naturally low. But unfortunately it happened that our body can not maintain this balance between these two hormones and we tend to have more Estrogen and less testosterone and therefore we get female looking breasts.
