Tonight I was with my girlfriend in a park in Costa Mesa, CA and a drone or something like it flew right over our heads. It had red lights and was between 50-100 ft in the air. It wasnt a helicopter, too low, too slow moving, and not loud enough for how low it was to the ground. So we look around and in the distance see many others flying over the city. I counted fifteen. At this point we're both dumbfounded and didnt think to take video of it until it was too late. This was about an hour ago. I took her home after awhile and on the drive home on the freeway I see a bright, pretty large object slowly moving about 1/4 mile ahead of me hovering around 70 ft. When I saw it up close it appeared to be a normal looking plane that was blue stopped in place about 50 ft above an intersection and its underbelly was open with white light coming from it. By this point I know this is going to be in the news at least locally but still wanted to put up this post to see if this is happening all over or if this is unique to me. To me, it was like if I showed the movie avatar to people in the 50's. I thought I was losing my mind until I saw that plane on the freeway just stopped and only 50ft above a busy intersection. It was very creepy and if thats what the futures gonna be like then geez. Ive heard about it happening, its been in the news, but has anyone else actually seen it in person? It could be amazon, it could be the police, thats the terrifying thing about it. Thanks for reading, im going to have trouble sleeping tonight. Just wow.
