A Thought on Immortality:

People, animals, and insects have a life span. But what if that span could be forever?? Thatâs Immortality. I only know of one creature on Earth that is immortal. That is a type of jellyfish known as the Turritopsis Nutricula. But what if us humans were capable of being immortal?? Well maybe. Personally, I think that might actually be possible if we could learn to use our whole brain. That is if it is true that we only use a small percentage of it. I donât know of any hard evidence either way that we only use a part, and not all. But myth says we only use 10% of it.

Lets hypothetically say that we only use 10% of it. Imagine the possibilities of unlocking the whole thing. Maybe we can actually learn to rejuvenate cells. The Turritopsis Nutricula has the ability to switch continuously back and forth between its two life stages of Polypoid and Medusa. When it makes this switch, it flushes out all of its cells and regenerates new ones, living in one state or another until its life is nearing its end, then switching forms once again and regenerating new cells. That is the key to immortality. Imagine what it would mean to revert completely to a pre-puberty stage every 30 years, then revert back again just to regenerate new cells.

Who knows?? It would definitely be interesting to say the least. We might even be able to be Jedi like and use the force. That is a joke, but if we could unlock another 90% of our brain, the possibilities could be astonishing
