previously i was working on an american army base stationed here in germany, which means i had my visa gift cards from cashing my ebones sent to my military apo address. since the base is closed now and i still live in germany, and now have my mail coming to my german address, am i still able to participate in the ebones and will they be able to send my gift cards to my german address.
