Today, I was bombarded by sad news. A fellow Chicagoan has fallen today by the name of Bernie Mac. It was a shock to turn on the computer and find out this news. Then, when I thought it was enough, my mother called. Thinking that she was calling to inform me of the news that I already knew, it was something else. My grandmother has died as well as of 10 am. Being the public and those who read this may feel nothing at this and feel this only to be SECONDARY. Why I share this, I dont know, but understand that she was the inspiration to live in my life. Bernie Mac made us all laugh, but my grandmother shaped me to walk a better path. Today is a rainy day. I shall not shed a tear out of sadness, but out of joy.
