The Perfect Government?

Before I begin this blog, I would like to point out that I am only a kid, and I really have no experience, or knowledge about the Government. Feel free to point out anything that you think is wrong with this, but please be respectful, knowing that I am only a kid.

So it is obvious that the US government is flawed. So it has me interested in what we could have done. So lets think of the parts of government.

Lets break down a country into 10 Providences. Each Providence has 2 representatives. Sound familiar? Probably. But these representatives from each Providence make up one big House. No. This is not a House of Representatives, this is... well I guess technically it is. This is one of the 2 branches of the government. The other branch is simply the House of Balance. This House is just a group of 20 people who are chosen by the Representatives, much like a President would choose a Vice President. The Representatives choose people from the previous Representative House (elections take place every 8 years) to become the Balancers. The House of Representatives simply take the word of the Providences, and throw them into a big... Socratic Seminar I suppose. They discuss the ideas and concerns of the Providences and then make compromises with the Providences, if the Providences agree with what the House of Reps. have said (all of them) then the law or compromise is put into play. But, during the making of these laws/compromises, the House of Balancing plays devil's advocate with The House of Reps. to make sure the Reps. know both sides of the story. The entire House of Reps. will then vote on whether they will share their compromise to the public. If it does, then the public will say whether they are okay with this, and if they are? Then the law is passed.

Army. Any country needs a military. There are 3 Providences that are voted to be the "Military Providences" (they elect every 20 years.) Lets say Providence 1, 5, and 8 are elected Military Providences. That means that the 2 Representatives from that state will become the Military Leaders for the country, so you have 6 leaders for the military, each dealing with 6 different branches of the military. Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Air Force, and then Police Force.

Each Providence has a job quota that everyone must meet before the month is over to stay in whatever the job says. By that I mean: One company might say if you don't reach your quota, you're demoted. But another says if you don't reach you quota, you have to make up for how much you didn't do in the next month. Each company has it's own deal. This would help maintain a comfortable level in the economy. But if people keep getting demoted, it is the company's job to find a way to stabilize income and production, so that there isn't much change in the economy. Now I know what you're thinking. If we don't have inflation, then how does that effect things like the market and stuff. Lets take an orange juice company. If the orange juice company makes $1,000,000 every month, and they still have to pay their workers, so lets say that equals to about $300,000 a month. So lets say orange juice in the store costs $3.75. If everyone makes a stable amount each month, because of the quota, then the price of orange juice will variate very little because they pay their workers the same amount every month, if quota is reached. And if quota is over what it's supposed to, they will not get more money, but maybe other bonuses like paid vacations. Again, I have no idea, and I know there are tons of other variables to consider, but you get the idea?

Anyway, thanks for reading, probably wasting your time. If you have anything to say, please say it, because I know that there are tons of flaws probably. So feel free to put constructive criticism in the comments.
