ok so... my ps2 used to work very well, then it kinda just junked out on me. Only plays certain games now, and that kinda angers me a bit, since i have 50+ ps2 games. i clean the system out regularly by carefully opening it, clearing out dust, and closing it all back up. no chance of damage their. Is it just because it got old on me? maybe an old part need repairs? can any1 help me?

Ahh ok, thx for all your help evry1. i think im better off just junking it our something and getting a new system, probly a ps3 so i can continue playing the ps2 games. thx for the advice, evry1.
