Another slow day at the office.

I had no classes, yet again. It was raining, yet again. One of the younger teachers just approached me and asked me what my favorite Rip Slyme song is. Having obtained said information, he returned to chat with a few other of the younger male teachers. I have a feeling it’s going to turn up if we ever go karaokeing.

We get these announcements of crimes that occur against students in the area. There were two incidents yesterday that involved exhibitionism and masturbation… and now I know more vocabulary! Seriously, though, this place is pretty safe (except for the occasional weirdo)…

Oh, the one productive thing I did today was to painstakingly look up the pronunciations of every teacher’s name, the subjects each teacher teaches, and identifying physical characteristics (from furtive peeks around the office), and then construct an Excel chart displaying all this information (it WAS in a plain text file, but that only killed two or three hours so I decided to kick it up a notch).

Tomorrow will be my welcome party. There’s apparently going to be a quiz about me (based on questionnaires I filled out about my hobbies, favorite food, etc. etc.) and I am apparently going to be quizzed about the other teachers. That’s what prompted me to make the name chart in the first place. It should be fun, though.
