Cause yes, since my second job is being one of the many putrifying friendly people you call when the premium channels on your TV doesnt work......

I want to share with all of you a series of calls..... and what I have to listen to every single day!  And these are just from today!

Call 1:
"Thankyou for calling _________, my names *******, how may I help you today?"
"I just got one of those HD box things from yer local store and I hooked it up, but it aint working."
"Ok, Well I can most definitely help solve your problem today.  Lets do a overview of the items that came in your package.  Did you get a large black coax cable?"
"Yeah."
"Is it connected directly from your wall tap to your HD receiver?"
"Uhhhhhhh, yeah."
"Perfect, now you should have also gotten a thinner white coax cable."
"Yeah I got that."
"Now is that connected directly from the receiver to your TV?"
"Uhhhhhh no....."
"Were is the other end of the wire connected mame?"
"Well its on the floor but I still cant understand why it aint working......"

Call 2:
"Thankyou for calling __________, my names *******, how may I help you today?"
"My names _________, and Im sitting here with my daughter and grandbaby."
"OOOOOOK, What can I do for you?"
"I really need to talk to the technician that came and installed my cable, about 91/2 months ago......"

Call 3:
"Thankyou for calling __________, my names *******, how may I help you today?"
"I wanna know what happened to my TV"
"We can solve this problem together if you just give me some information on what happened to your TV"
"Well I'm in louisiana and everything was fine until the storm came through...."
"Are your channels down sir?  cause there are technicians working on the lines right now and service will be up by 430 today."
"WELL I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH THE CHANNELS, I WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY TV."
"Well I'm not to sure sir, what happened to your TV?"
"Well before the storm I was watching TV, and after the storm the one wall in the living room was gone......."
"Sir, was your TV against the wall that got removed?"
"Yeah howd ya know, you know where my TV is?"

There are tons more, but these are the ones that I found HILARIOUS!
