Why WWE sucks now
I have been a fan of professional wrestling since I was a child. I have continued to support this form of entertainment ever since. I am so invovled in this business that I have recently started promoting my own shows in my local area, but the company that made me fall in love with wrestling is now the reason why I am starting to hate it.
The WWE has become the show in town, and no I don't count TNA. There no competition for the boys in NY to strive to make their product better. Their "flagship" show, RAW, has become very stale and boring. They have done a piss poor job of creating new stars. They continue to use the same 8 guys in their main-event scene. They have 14 PPV's a year, thus making it difficult to build storylines towards something people can get behind. With only 4-5 weeks of build time, the mid-card suffers because they focus on their upcoming main event, thus the mid-card has little or no story lines.
Am I the only one who misses the days of 4 PPV's a year, the job matches, and the days where a match between "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan vs. Bad News Brown mattered?
