The King's Hexes
The Kings Hexes is a turn-based game which simulates medieval city building by randomly drawing tiles from a shared pool. Players win by having the most points at the end of the game. The game includes 10 levels with increasing map size and difficulty.
Flash must be installed and Javascript must be enabled.
This is a port of a print-n-play boardgame of the same name. I worked with the designer Alex Kremer to translate the original rules into an online game.
Each of the ten levels may be played from the Blue or Red King perspective. With the random drawing of the units each turn the game is never the same twice.
