A roundup of unusual items from area police departments:
ENGLEWOOD — Sept. 11: A complainant reported 12 pairs of underwear stolen from the public laundry in the 700 block of Union Road. The complainant put her clothing in the dryer and left the room. When she returned, her clothing — except the underwear — was in her basket atop the dryer.
