A Russian, a Cuban, an American and a Pakistani traveling together on a train, the Russian takes out a bottle of his best vodka, chugs a few gulps and throws the rest of the bottle out the window of the train and says 'there's plenty more of that where I come from'.
The others were impressed, so the Cuban takes out one of the finest Havana cigars, takes one puff and throws it out the window and says 'there's plenty more of those where I come from'.
Again everyone is rather impressed so the American stands up and grabs the Pakistani and throws him out the window.
