An Irishman and a black guy are sitting on a bench when a woman walks by. The Irishman says, "Tickle your ass with a feather." The woman says, "What?" The Irishman replies, "particularly nasty weather." The woman says, "Oh, yea."

This goes on for awhile until the black guy gets curious.

The black guy says, "Man, you say that ever time a woman walks by. What are you doin?" The Irishman replies, "Well, sometimes when I say tickle your ass with a feather, the woman gets offended and I cover it up with particularly nasty weather. but sometimes the like what they hear and I get lucky. Happens at least once a day."

The Irishman leaves and the black guy decides to try it out. A woman walks by and the black guy says "Stick a feather up yo ass." The woman says, "What?" The black guy says "Some pretty fucked up weather were havin."
