I went to a gas station, prepaid cash for a gallon of gas. At the time a price of a gallon of gas was $4.19 9/10. I paid the cashier $4.20 and received no change. I politely asked for my change, but the cashier seemed a little rattled. I took a penny from the tip drawer, cut 1/10th out of it and threw the rest of it in the cashier's face!
