Joe was driving down the road one day in the desert. As he came over the top of a sand dune he saw and American Indian standing in the middle of the road buck naked staring down at himself. Joe pulls over and stops his car.

Joe asked the man, "What are you doing?"
To which the Indian replied, "Me tell um time."

So Joe being the skeptic that he is said, "Oh yeah? What time is it then?"
The Indian looked back down and said, "Twelve o one PM."

Joe looked down at his watch and sure as hell it was 12:01PM. Blaming it on luck, Joe left as he wanted to get through the desert as soon as possible. Until he crested another dune and again he sees another naked Indian standing in the middle of the road naked staring down at himself.

Joe asked him, "Your friend back there was telling time, what are you doing?"
The Indian replied, "Me tell um time too."
Again skeptical, Joe asked, "What time is it then?"
The Indian replied, "One forty-five PM."

Once again the Indian was correct. In a little disbelief Joe drove off once again this time wondering how they were accomplishing this feat. As he pondered this, he crested another dune. And, there in the middle of the road was one of the biggest Indians he had ever seen masturbating like a mad man. Joe just had to pull over and find out.

After he stopped he leaned out the window and asked, "Your two buddies back there were telling the time, what the heck are you doing?"

The Indian replied, "Me wind um watch!"
