one rainy day a female blonde midget goes to the doctors surgery.
the doctor asks what the problem is and the midget replies,
"whenever i go out in the rain i get horrible pains around my groin region... especially my vagina"

the doctor asks her to climb up onto the bed and starts examining her.
"ooooh i see what you mean... it doesnt look too good, but i think i can fix it... just hold on a second"

the doctor goes to his desk and opens a drawer. he takes out a pair of scissors asks the midget to open her legs then starts snipping away.
the midget is a bit concerned but lets the doctor carry on.

after a few minutes of snipping the doctor say,
"ok all finished, just jump down and have a walk around"

the midget does so and to her amazement there is no pain anymore "wow doc, your amazing! what did you do??" she says
