There's three guys working on a building whose names are Effyu, Manners, and Shit. While working on the building, Shit falls off and Manners goes to help him.

Effyu runs to the police station and the chief asks what his name is and the kid replys "Effyu."
The chief getting a little upset asks again what his name is and the kid again says "Effyu."
The chief who is very angry at this point says "where are your manners?"
The kid replys "around the corner picking up Shit."
