Rarely have I seen an instance online where typing in Caps lock is acceptable. It is unneeded. I understand the urge when you need to express something exciting, but its become grossly overused.

Examples:

WHEN CAN I COME OVER?
HOW HAVE YOU BEEN?
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
@justinbieber WHERE ARE YOU TODAY?

Not only is the caps lock in the last example unneeded, the whole post is unneeded. People who talk to celebrities on twitter and facebook like they're your best friend are ridiculous. The jonas brothers don't know you, and they have better things to do then tell a random 13 year old girl where they are. Did you really expect an answer?

Ps. Posting it a hundred times doesn't help. It just makes you crazier.

On a side note, what makes the jonas brothers so cool? They sound terrible. Kevin has ridiculous Charles Darwin-esque sideburns. The middle one looks like Sanjaya, and Nick looks like a cross between Elton John and a keebler elf.
