A man by the name of Bill goes to the doctor. The doctor calls him in.
"What seems to be the problem Bill?" the doctor asks.
"Well... if I show you, will you promise not to laugh? Bill asks.
"Of course." the doctor responds.
"Well, okay." Bill says as he drops his pants, revealing the smallest "shlong" that the doctor had ever seen. It could`t have been bigger than a AA Battery.
Snickering, the doctor asks him, "What seems to be the problem?"
Bill relpies, "Its swollen."
