Johnny was stricken with a rare condition called 'mute tourettes syndrome' which left it's victim unable to verbalise the profanities synonymous with normal 'tourettes syndrome'. However after 3 weeks of attending a 'special' school, Johnny was suddenly able to show his proud teachers and the world, how he really felt - it was a beautiful moment.
